By accessing, purchasing from, or using any services provided by JAM100K, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

 

1. Services

We provide marketing, branding, digital, consulting, promotional, and related services, including but not limited to digital products, subscriptions, campaigns, and custom work for brands, businesses, and creators.

All services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

 

2. Payments & Billing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

• Full payment is required before services begin

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases

• Subscriptions, if applicable, will renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal

 

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to cases involving dissatisfaction, lack of results, delays, or changes in circumstances.

 

4. Store Credit Exception

If an issue arises that is outside of our control and prevents us from fulfilling a service as agreed, we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit instead of a refund.

• Store credit has no cash value

• Store credit is non-transferable

• Store credit may only be used toward future services or products offered by us

 

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond in a timely manner when input or approvals are required

• Ensure you have the legal rights to any content, materials, or assets you provide

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or credits.

 

6. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Revenue increases

• Follower growth

• Engagement metrics

• Chart positions

• Press placements timing

• Algorithm performance

Results may vary based on market conditions, platforms, audience behavior, and other factors outside our control.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, designs, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

 

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:

• These Terms are violated

• Abuse, fraud, or chargebacks occur

• Illegal or unethical activity is detected

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

 

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after purchase are considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate service termination

• Loss of access to services

• Permanent ban from future services

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAM100k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
